The floral designers at The Crimson Petal are creative geniuses! They were able to translate my few words into a beautiful arrangement. There was also excellent communication. Arrived as expected, easy and convenient delivery. The person I sent them appreciated the beautiful flowers

The recipient loved the bouquet and a note I sent.
However, it looked quite different from the one in the picture.

I received a message from Lee about the replacement of the green hydrangea, which is completely understandable and appreciated. But instead of roses, the bouquet included lisianthus (which are less expensive) and a lily — a flower I specifically tried to avoid when choosing this arrangement.

Also, the vase was missing the ribbon shown in the photo.

I wanted to let you know that I buy the finest lisianthus, which is actually more expensive than my roses. It is my policy to add more to an arrangement if I need to substitute for something I do not have on hand. The lily I used was a lovely color pink that really complemented the design. It was not the kind of lily that is fragrant or allergy causing, but the color was what I was going for and I did not have pink mini Gerberas, so the lily was what I chose. In any case, thank you kindly for your order, and I am very happy the recipient loved her flowers! Lee

Lee (Owner) did a fabulous job putting together a special bouquet to lift the spirits for a family member that's baby is in the NICU.

He went over and above to ensure that she felt our love and care when she sees this stunning display.

I was very happy with the flowers and the prompt delivery. The quality of the flowers and the arrangement were top shelf and very much appreciated by the recipient. I would definitely use this florist again.

We ordered the deluxe An Elephant Never Forgets! bouquet for my daughter who just had a baby boy. It was beautiful, full of flowers and bigger than I had anticipated. 10/10 Highly recommend

Even though the recipient loved the arrangement, it did not look like the one I thought I was purchasing.

The flowers I ordered for my daughter’s baby gender reveal were perfect! They listened to my request and sent a beautiful arrangement of pale pinks, blues, yellow, white, and greens in a timely manner, especially since I placed the order on the morning of. Thank you, we will definitely order from here again !
